About us
Pure Pilates was established in 2001 to offer small group Pilates classes and clinical training. Working closely with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Osteopaths allows pilates and exercise to compliment treatments. We continually train and learn new skills to broaden our knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of the human body and its movement patterns.
Our aim is not only to teach a client Pilates but to educate and inform them about everyday functional movement in a relaxed and friendly manner.
