Pure Pilates offers clinical and group pilates sessions with the aim on safe and effective exercise and movement.

Pilates challenges the body in diverse ways with particular focus on the internal muscles. These deep layers of muscles are encouraged to work to efficiently and maintain correct positioning and alignment.

  • Compliments physiotherapy/chiropractic and osteopathic treatments

 

The group sessions are kept to a maximum of ten clients, where the clinical sessions can be 1:1 or 2:1. We feel it is essential during the session to advise and educate each indivdual, giving hands on attention when required. This helps each client to achieve their own potential with every exercise and progress.
