Our Studio

Jeni Ferguson Pilates was established in 2001 to offer small group Pilates classes and clinical one-to-one sessions.

Our air conditioned studios are purpose built and provide two dedicated Matwork spaces, and a Reformer studio.

We have a calm and welcoming reception area, where clients can relax, before and after class. There is a selection of books about Pilates, which you are welcome to spend time reading.

We offer onsite disabled parking, and there is also on street parking in close proximity.

We work alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths to provide an integrated and informed approach. This supports the client with exercises specific to their body’s needs.

Our team continually train to increase our skills and broaden our knowledge. This further deepens our understanding of the human body and maintains a high quality of teaching.

We care highly about each individual and aim to encourage and guide you to become empowered and confident in your own body.
